By engaging with teach'nreach and our direct-response architecture services, you agree to the following terms of our hybrid partnership model.

1. The Hybrid Partnership

Our engagement is split into two phases: The Infrastructure Build and The Growth Partnership.

2. The Infrastructure Build Fee

You agree to a one-time flat fee of $825. This covers the strict engineering costs required to custom-code your front-end, configure the secure student portal, and wire your automation pipelines. Upon completion, you own this architecture completely.

3. The 15% Revenue Share Model

Following deployment, teach'nreach manages traffic generation, cart recovery, and conversion optimization at zero monthly retainer cost. We take a strict 15% revenue share on actual student enrollments generated by our system. If the system does not generate revenue, we do not get paid for our marketing services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing your course syllabus, curriculum outline, and core expertise. You must ensure that all content provided is legally yours to distribute.
